Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 13, 2026
All products and services of Repropix are owned and managed by Repropix Corp., doing business as Repropix and referred to here as “Repropix”, “us”, “our”, or “we”. We know that you trust “us” when you share your data. Our job is to respect your privacy and we work hard to do just that. This document tells you what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how we keep it safe. It also shows you the tools you can use to control your privacy.
Introduction
We’re careful about how we use your data. We always try to use it in a way that benefits you. This page tells you all about how we keep your information private when you use our services. If you have any questions that we haven’t answered here, you can email us at info@repropix.com.
Information We Collect
When you use our services, we gather different types of information from you and your devices. Some of this information directly tells us who you are (like your email address), while other information is linked to you through your account, profile, or device (like where you are). The data we collect depends on how you use our services. Even if you don’t have an account with us, we might still gather some information about you. For example, if you browse our sites or use our apps, we might collect your IP address and other device information.
Information You Provide to Us
When you use our services, we often ask for information about you. This usually includes basic details like your name, email address, and phone number.
Here are some examples of the information we collect for our products and services and how we collect it.
Information We Collect as You Use Our Services
Besides the information you give us directly, we automatically collect other information as you use our services.
Activity Information
We keep track of how you use our services. This includes how you use our features, and how long you spend on different parts of our websites. If you call or text our office line, or reply to one of our order texts, we keep a record of that message: when it happened, the number it came from, and what was said. We do not connect you to anyone else by text, and we run only the one program described under Text Messages (SMS).
Device Information
Just like other websites and apps, we gather information about the devices and browsers you use to visit our site. This includes details like the type and model of your device, its settings, the operating system, unique IDs, and the version of the app you’re using.
Location Information
If you turn on location services on your device, we’ll know where you are. We use this to give you information based on your location and to provide our services where needed. If you don’t want this, you can turn off location services on your device. Separately, we use your IP address to work out which region you are in (through ipinfo.io) so the site can show you the right regional options; this does not ask for, or use, your device’s location permission.
We might also collect location information from your browser if you allow it. You can turn this off in your browser settings.
Cookies, Pixel Tags, and Other Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies on our sites, and two measurement providers — Google Analytics and the Meta pixel — set cookies of their own. Neither ever receives your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in or your messaging consent data. Cookies are small pieces of data that identify your browser. Some of them, including analytics and advertising cookies, may be set when a page loads, before you have made a choice. You can accept all cookies, allow only essential ones, or reject optional cookies using the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, which works independently of anything we control.
When you use our site, we and our partners might use these tools to understand how you view and use our services and content. This helps us know what you’re interested in, follow trends, see how well ads are working, remember your preferences, and keep track of things like your favorite homes.
You can control what cookies and other tracking technologies you’re okay with at any time. We have tools to help you with this, and you can learn more about how to use them. You can also turn off cookies completely in your browser settings. But if you do, some parts of our services might not work anymore.
The cookies this site can set are: “_ga” and “_ga_6YQND6T6E2” (Google, analytics, 400 days); “_fbp” (Meta, advertising, 90 days); “privacy_embeds” (this site, remembers your cookie choice, 365 days, essential); and “_lscache_vary” (this site, page caching, 2 days, essential). A YouTube video you choose to play may also set its own cookies. Also, if you give us your email address, we might use a scrambled, unreadable form of it (called a “hashed” version) to show you tailored ads on our site or other sites.
Social Networks
If you log into our website using social media or third-party logins (like Google or Apple), we might see your public social media profile information. You can control how much of this information you see by changing your social media settings.
Inferences
We use the data about your activity to understand what you prefer and make our services better for you.
Commercial Information
We keep track of the products and services you buy or think about buying from us.
Why We Use Your Information
Completing Your Transactions
When you buy something on our website, like a media package or subscription service, we use your personal information to check your identity and finish your transaction.
Providing and Improving Our Services
We use your information to give you our services. We also use it to make our current services better and create new ones. For example, we look at how you use our websites and apps to fix any problems and make things better for you.
Communicating with You and Connecting You with Others
We use the contact details you give us, like your phone number and email address, to talk to you about our services. This includes answering any comments, questions, or requests you send us. We also use it to let you know about any updates or changes to our services. We might also tell you about our services, offers, promotions, news, and other updates we think you might like, by email only — we never send marketing by text message.
Personalizing Your Experience
We use the information we gather about you and what you do with our services to make them more personal for you. We also use this information to show you content, or features that we think you might like.
Other Uses of Your Information
We also use your information to find and stop fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities. We use it to protect our rights and property and the rights and property of our customers and others.
Sharing Your Information
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with Twilio, the provider that delivers our messages, and only so that it can deliver them.
We know that sharing information with third parties is a big deal. We share your information only in the limited ways described in this policy, and we keep it safe.
Service Providers and Business Partners
Your mobile number and opt-in record are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers these texts, Twilio, and only so that it can deliver them.
Sometimes, we need to give information to a service provider to help us run our business. We only let them use the information to do the job we’ve asked them to do. We check all our service providers carefully, and we’re always responsible for keeping your information private when we share it with them. The providers we currently use, by category: analytics — Google; advertising — Meta; forms — JotForm; ordering and scheduling — Aryeo and Calendly; payments — Stripe; email delivery — SendGrid, through our newsletter software; text messaging — Twilio; website hosting and content delivery; an on-site chat assistant; and region detection — ipinfo.io.
Legal and Compliance Transfers
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with Twilio, the provider that delivers our messages, and only so that it can deliver them.
Sometimes, we have to share data to meet legal or regulatory requirements. This could include responding to a legal request for data. We only share what we need to in these situations. We’ll tell you before we share your information unless we’re not allowed to. For more information about how we respond to these requests, see Government and Civil Information Requests. We might also share information if we need to enforce our legal rights, find or stop fraud or security issues, or protect public safety.
If we’re part of a merger, acquisition, or any kind of transfer or sale of some or all of our business, we might share your information as part of that. Your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in and your messaging consent data are excluded from any such transfer.
Public and Deidentified Data
We might share information that’s from public sources or that you choose to share publicly (like public reviews) with third parties. We might also share information that’s been grouped together and/or changed so it can’t be used to identify you.
Sales of Personal Information
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with Twilio, the provider that delivers our messages, and only so that it can deliver them.
We let two measurement tools — Google Analytics and the Meta pixel — set cookies on our sites. They collect browsing information linked to your browser or device: the pages you visit, and your device and browser type. Some state laws might consider that sharing a “sale” of information, so we disclose it here. It covers cookie and browsing data only. Your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in and your messaging consent data are never included in it — the full statement is under Text Messages (SMS). We do not sell your personal information. The only disclosure some state laws may treat as a “sale” is the cookie and browsing data described above, and it never includes your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in or your messaging consent data.
You’re always in control of these technologies. You can turn them off completely using our cookie consent preference tools on our websites.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Privacy Tools and Choices
Managing Cookie Preferences
We do not display third-party ads on this website and we do not use ad servers or ad networks. Some cookies on our site, such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, collect browsing information — pages visited, device and browser type — so we can understand how the site is used and measure our own advertising. These tools never receive your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Managing Communications Preferences
Email Subscriptions
We might send you emails for different reasons. When you use or buy our services, we’ll send you updates and other information about your purchase. We might also send you information about other services we think you might like. You can control what emails you get by following the instructions in each email we send you. Even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails, we might still need to email you important transactional or other non-advertising information.
Calls and Texts
If you give us your phone number, we may call you about an order you have placed. We send automated text messages only if you opt in on our SMS sign-up page, and only about selecting your images; see Text Messages (SMS) below. If you call our office line, we reply only about your orders; those replies are not part of the automated program. Reply STOP to any automated message to stop them.
Text Messages (SMS)
Repropix Corp. (DBA Repropix) runs one automated text-message program. Its messages come from (708) 847-4734 and go only to customers who have opted in. Our SMS sign-up page at https://repropix.com/sms-updates/ is the only way to sign up for Repropix text updates. Placing an order does not sign you up. You can opt out any time by replying STOP. The page asks for your mobile number and carries a separate, unticked consent box. We send two of them without being asked: a text when the photographs you ordered are ready to select, and one reminder if you have not selected yet. Consenting to texts is not a condition of buying anything, and we never send marketing by text message.
Replies to our messages reach our office team, who may respond from the same number, only about that order.
If you call our office line, we reply only about your orders; those replies are not part of the automated program.
What we collect for messaging, and what we use it for. For this program we keep your mobile number and a record of your opt-in — the date, the time and which form it came from. We use them to run this program and nothing else: to send the selection notifications described above, to answer you if you reply, and to honour STOP and HELP.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number and opt-in record are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers these texts, Twilio, and only so that it can deliver them.
Message frequency varies with your orders, typically one or two per order. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT or REVOKE at any time to opt out. Reply START, YES or UNSTOP to start again. Reply HELP or INFO for help, or email info@repropix.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The full text-message terms are in our Terms of Service.
Protecting Your Information
We know that we have to take care of your information, no matter how we get it. We take this very seriously. We make our products and features with security in mind to help keep your data safe from unauthorized access, sharing, changes, and destruction.
We’re always looking for threats and do what we can to stop them. This helps keep the information you share with us safe. But no way of sending or storing data on the Internet can be completely safe. If something does happen to your information, we’ll tell you as soon as we can and do our best to fix it.
We’re based in the United States, and U.S. law mainly governs the information we collect. If other countries privacy laws apply to us, we follow those too. If you use our services or give us information, we’ll process and store it in the United States. This might mean you don’t have the same rights and protections as you do under your local law.
Applicability of This Policy
This policy applies to the Repropix services you can buy through the Repropix website.
Our apps and services might link to other companies’ websites. Some features might also share your information with third-party websites. This never includes your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in or your messaging consent data. These third-party websites might collect information about you. We don’t control these sites, and this Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to them.
Legal Disclosures
This section contains some disclosures that we’re legally required to give under state privacy laws. There shouldn’t be anything unexpected here, and we’ve tried to explain our privacy practices in simple language throughout the rest of the policy.

Changes to This Policy
We’re always checking our privacy practices to make sure they fit with this policy. Sometimes, we’ll need to update the policy because of changes in our products, technology, or how we use data. We won’t make changes to the policy that take away your rights or significantly change how we use or share data without telling you first. We’ll give you the chance to stop using our services if you want to.
