We recommend the following procedures and safety options:

• Please allow the photographer to work alone and if your presence is needed, please wait in the remote distance while he shoots the property. Our photographers are instructed to not touch any personal items while on-premises.

• If you feel ill and need a listing photographed, please opt for a lockbox option that is included in our booking form.

• Please refrain from booking a listing if the owners are ill.

• Please have all standard preparations done before the photographer arrives to minimize surface exposure. Please clean, disinfect, open blinds and curtains to the desired level, move furniture pieces and close all unnecessary areas.

• If you prefer the photographer to wear gloves, please state this in the message box while ordering.

• We keep the right to cancel the appointment if any symptoms related to health might be discovered and our photographers are instructed to leave immediately if such an instance occurs.
