How do I place an order?

Ordering takes a few minutes online, any time. Go to the Repropix order page, choose agent, brokerage, or homeowner, select your services or a package, and pick a date and time. You’ll get an instant email confirmation, and our team takes care of the scheduling details from there.

Which cities does Repropix serve?

Repropix serves the Greater Chicago metro area, including the city and suburbs such as Naperville, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Wilmette, and Schaumburg, plus the Orlando and Tampa areas in Florida, and we keep expanding to new markets. European clients are served through repropix.eu. If your property is outside these areas, contact us before booking.

How can I reschedule or cancel my photo shoot?

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours before the shoot carry a late-change fee. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll help you find a new time that still fits your listing schedule.

Can I get a property website?

Yes, and it’s free. Every Repropix order includes both a branded and an unbranded property website at no extra cost for agents, giving each listing its own page with the photos and media from your shoot, ready to share with buyers.

How long does an on-site photo shoot take, and do I need to be there?

Most Repropix shoots take 30 to 90 minutes on site, depending on the size of the home and the number of photos ordered. If the property is vacant, you don’t need to be present; just make sure we have access at the scheduled time.

How do I get my files?

Your photos arrive by email with a one-click download link and are saved in your Repropix account, so you can download them again at any time. Proofs arrive within 6–12 hours of your shoot, and final edited photos follow 18–24 hours after that.

Do I get printed photos or digital files?

Repropix delivers digital files in two versions: full-resolution images for print and MLS-sized images optimized for listing portals. You can also set your own custom sizes in the Repropix portal, so every image is ready wherever you need it.

Do you offer discounts on photography and Cinematic Tours?

Yes. Brokerages get special pricing and offers through our brokerage program, and we run promotions for all clients throughout the year.

How long is a Cinematic Tour?

A Repropix Cinematic Tour runs about 30–45 seconds for every 1,000 sq ft, so a 3,000 sq ft home gets a tour of roughly 90 seconds to two minutes. That’s long enough to walk buyers through the key spaces while keeping their attention.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes. Packages are our most popular option, combining services such as photography, aerials, and Cinematic Tours in a single order. You’ll find all current packages on our order page and in the Repropix ordering portal.

How can I become a Repropix photographer?

Do you have a price list?

What is CRYSTAL Clear?

CRYSTAL Clear is the Repropix standard for listing photography: bright, true-to-color images that look the way the home does in person, with straight lines, balanced light, and windows that still show the view. Every gallery is edited and checked in-house, so the whole set looks consistent from room to room.

What is aerial photography?

Aerial photography shows a property from above, capturing the roofline, lot, outdoor spaces, and surrounding neighborhood in a way ground-level photos can’t. Repropix offers aerial drone photos and video, ideal for larger lots, homes near parks or water, and any listing where location is part of the appeal.

What is a Cinematic Tour?

A Cinematic Tour is a polished video tour of your listing created entirely from Repropix still photography, so there’s no filming and no videographer on site. Smooth motion and licensed music turn the photos into an engaging video, delivered as a YouTube link you can share with buyers, plus an MP4 file in your downloads for posting anywhere you like.

What is a 3D virtual tour?

A 3D virtual tour is an interactive model of the home, created with a Matterport 3D camera, that buyers can walk through online at any time. It helps out-of-town and busy buyers understand the layout before they book a showing.

How do I add my 3D virtual tour to the MLS and other sites?

Repropix sends you a direct link to your 3D tour that you can add to your MLS listing and embed on your website or any other real estate site.

Can 3D tour images be used as listing photos?

We don’t recommend it. Images pulled from 3D scans are lower resolution and don’t meet Repropix quality standards, so we don’t supply them as listing photos. For the best result, pair your 3D tour with CRYSTAL Clear photography.

What is a Narrated Cinematic Tour?

A Narrated Cinematic Tour is a Repropix Cinematic Tour with a professional studio voice-over. The narration tells the story of the home, highlights its best features, and guides buyers through the space, making the listing more memorable in a competitive market. Like every Repropix video, it comes as a YouTube link and an MP4 download.

How long does a Cinematic Tour take?

Cinematic Tours are created from your listing photos, so they’re delivered together with your final edited photos, 18–24 hours after your proof gallery.

What is virtual staging?

Virtual staging digitally furnishes empty rooms so buyers can picture themselves living there, without the cost and logistics of physical staging. It can also remove unwanted items or update wall colors, and you choose from our furniture templates when you order.

How long does virtual staging take?

AI virtual staging ordered with your shoot is delivered together with your final photos, 18–24 hours after your proof gallery. Our human-enhanced, personal virtual staging is completed within 12–24 hours after you upload the images for us to stage.

What is a floor plan?

A floor plan is a scaled, top-down drawing of the home that shows the layout, room sizes, and how the spaces connect. Buyers use it to understand the flow of the house and plan furniture before they visit.

How long does it take to get floor plans?

Floor plans are delivered together with your final edited photos, 18–24 hours after your proof gallery.

How do I order a floor plan?

Select the floor plan option when you order online. We scan the property during your photo session and email you the finished floor plan with a download link.

What is Day to Dusk?

Day to Dusk turns a daytime exterior photo into an evening image, with a warm sunset sky, glowing windows, and lit landscaping. It gives your listing the look of a twilight shoot without scheduling a second visit at sunset.

How many photos are taken during a shoot?

We typically capture about 25% more images than you ordered, so you get the best possible selection. You choose between 10 and 80 edited photos per shoot, and most Chicago-area listings use 15–25. Extra photos can be added after the shoot for $10 each.

How do I view and download my photos?

Your proof gallery arrives online within 6–12 hours of your appointment, and final edited photos follow 18–24 hours after that. Everything is delivered by email with download links and saved in your Repropix account.

How do I save a photo for web use?

Set the size you need in the Repropix portal, download the image, and use it freely. There’s no licensing contract to sign; the photos are yours to use for marketing the property.

How do I save a photo for printing?

Download the full-resolution version from your Repropix account. It’s sized for print, while the MLS-sized version is optimized for online listings.
