About the position

  • Photography: Capture high-quality, well-lit images of properties to showcase their best features.

  • 3D Scanning: Utilize specialized equipment to create interactive 3D models, offering virtual walkthroughs for potential buyers.

  • Floor Plan Scanning: Generate accurate, scaled floor plans to help clients visualize property layout.

  • Video: Create compelling video tours that offer dynamic views of the property, often incorporating music or narration.

  • Aerial Photography and Video: Utilize drones to capture stunning overhead shots, giving a comprehensive view of the property and its surroundings.

Pro Equipment required

  • Camera: Canon R equipped with a wide-angle Canon RF 14-35 lens, optimized for capturing high-resolution property images. Or similar quality camera and lens.

  • Professional Tripod: Sturdy and adjustable, ideal for capturing stable shots in various angles and elevations.

  • Drone: DJI Mavic or similar, offering high-definition aerial photography and videography.

  • 3D Scanner: Matterport Pro camera, specialized for creating interactive 3D property tours.

  • Smartphone: iPhone or Android with cellular data for real-time monitoring, backup shooting, and immediate uploading.
