Privacy Notice
Effective Date: February 1, 2023
All products and services of Repropix are owned and managed by Repropix Corp. and its partners, also known as “Repropix”, “us”, “our”, or “we”. We know that you trust “us” when you share your data. Our job is to respect your privacy and we work hard to do just that. This document tells you what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how we keep it safe. It also shows you the tools you can use to control your privacy.
Introduction
We’re careful about how we use your data. We always try to use it in a way that benefits you. This page tells you all about how we keep your information private when you use our services. If you have any questions that we haven’t answered here, you can email us at info@repropix.com.
Information We Collect
When you use our services, we gather different types of information from you and your devices. Some of this information directly tells us who you are (like your email address), while other information is linked to you through your account, profile, or device (like where you are). The data we collect depends on how you use our services. Even if you don’t have an account with us, we might still gather some information about you. For example, if you browse our sites or use our apps, we might collect your IP address and other device information.
Information You Provide to Us
When you use our services, we often ask for information about you. This usually includes basic details like your name, email address, and phone number.
Here are some examples of the information we collect for our products and services and how we collect it.
Information We Collect as You Use Our Services
The information you give us directly, we automatically collect other information as you use our services.
Activity Information
We keep track of how you use our services. This includes how you use our features, and how long you spend on different parts of our websites. If you call or text us or a real estate professional through our platform, we also collect information about that call or text. This includes when it happened, your phone number, and what was said.
Device Information
Just like other websites and apps, we gather information about the devices and browsers you use to visit our site. This includes details like the type and model of your device, its settings, the operating system, unique IDs, and the version of the app you’re using.
Location Information
If you turn on location services on your device, we’ll know where you are. We use this to give you information based on your location and to provide our services where needed. If you don’t want this, you can turn off location services on your device.
We might also collect location information from your browser if you allow it. You can turn this off in your browser settings.
Cookies, Pixel Tags, and Other Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use tools like cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect data when you visit our sites and apps. Cookies are small pieces of data that identify your browser.
When you use our site, we and our partners might use these tools to understand how you view and use our services and content. This helps us know what you’re interested in, follow trends, see how well ads are working, remember your preferences, and keep track of things like your favorite homes. We also let some approved partners use cookies or similar tools to collect data for advertising and measuring how well things are working.
You can control what cookies and other tracking technologies you’re okay with at any time. We have tools to help you with this, and you can learn more about how to use them. You can also turn off cookies completely in your browser settings. But if you do, some parts of our services might not work anymore.
Also, if you give us your email address, we might use a scrambled, unreadable form of it (called a “hashed” version) to show you tailored ads on our site or other sites.
Social Networks
If you log into our website using social media or third-party logins (like Google or Apple), we might see your public social media profile information. You can control how much of this information you see by changing your social media settings.

We check all our service providers carefully, and we’re always responsible for keeping your information private when we share it with them.

Some state laws might consider this a “sale” of information. Except for this, we don’t sell any of your information.
You’re always in control of these technologies. You can turn them off completely using our cookie consent preference tools on our websites.
Privacy Tools and Choices
Managing Cookie Preferences
Our third-party ad servers, ad network providers, and third-party advertisers provide the ads you see on our website. To measure how well these ads work and to make them more relevant, ad providers might use their own tracking technologies to collect your information. These are used to record what you do, like the pages you visit, and to learn what you’re most interested in.
Managing Communications Preferences
Email Subscriptions
We might send you emails for different reasons. When you use or buy our services, we’ll send you updates and other information about your purchase. We might also send you information about other services we think you might like. You can control what emails you get by following the instructions in each email we send you. Even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails, we might still need to email you important transactional or other non-advertising information.
Calls and Texts
Some of our services might ask for your phone number. If you give it to us, we might call or text you. This could be to tell you about a media package you’ve bought or to let you know about other products or services you might like. We’ll only contact you this way if the law allows it, and you can always choose to stop getting calls or texts.
Protecting Your Information
We know that we have to take care of your information, no matter how we get it. We take this very seriously. We make our products and features with security in mind to help keep your data safe from unauthorized access, sharing, changes, and destruction.
We’re always looking for threats and do what we can to stop them. This helps keep the information you share with us safe. But no way of sending or storing data on the Internet can be completely safe. If something does happen to your information, we’ll tell you as soon as we can and do our best to fix it.
We’re based in the United States, and U.S. law mainly governs the information we collect. If other countries privacy laws apply to us, we follow those too. If you use our services or give us information, we’ll process and store it in the United States. This might mean you don’t have the same rights and protections as you do under your local law.
